Recovery Coaches participating in the RCX do NOT share any type of personal health information in the RCX meetings. RCX facilitators are available to provide education and resources to Recovery Coaches and will direct RCX participants back to their organizations if specific information on services is needed.
IMPORTANT – The RCX staff are BSCS employees. ALL BSCS staff are mandated reporters and therefor are required by law to report abuse of children, elderly, disabled, and intervene if they learn someone is a danger to themselves or others. If you have concerns for the people you are serving, contact your supervisor and agency. If information is shared with the RCX staff that requires mandated reporting, BSCS must make every effort to ensure the safety of others and if necessary, will contact your employer.
